This year was the first year that the Static Monsters World Championships has been held. After three successful years of huge growth of the WorldWide running of the Static Monsters it was time to put the best athletes head to head on the same stage at the same time to see who can really perform under the pressure of everyone hitting huge numbers, one athlete immediately after the other.

Across the classes there were some absoluetly epic battles:
Womens under 62.5kg Class – 12.5kgs between monster totals for the top two places
Womens under 72.5kgs Class – 7.5kgs between monster totals on the top three places.
Womens under 82.5kg Class – 15kgs between monster totals for the top two places
Womens open Class – 15kgs between monster totals for the top two places
Mens under 105kgs class – 15kgs between the top three, all three lifted for the win on their final lift as well.
Mens Open class – 10kgs between monster totals for the top two places.
