This is the home ground of the event and will once again be held at Coco’s Gym.
Maximum Log clean and press and Maximum Axle deadlift are the two main lifts to train for.
This event is part of a major scorecard spanning over 15 countries and up to 50 events all on the same weekend.
The top 10 from each weight class (around the world) will get an invitation to compete in the 2024 World Championships.
Master Women and Master Men are for those turning 40 on October 29th 2023.
