The 6th Static Monsters World Wide at the Commando Temple in Deptford, SE8
All classes will be open and we will run our usual flight system based on opening weight.
Minimum weight on the log is 36kg for women, 80kg for men, 57.5kg for adaptive men, 20kg dumbbell for 1 arm adaptive women, 30kg for 1 arm adaptive men.
Minimum weight for the axle is 140kg for both men and women and 60kg for seated/ neuro adaptive women and 90kg for seated/ neuro adaptive men
Entry is £35, payable through the Strengthcoach London website.
Medals to top 3 in each class
Athlete shirts to be worn by everyone, no grip shirts.
Suits and figure 8 straps allowed for the deadlift.
