The Static Monsters Worldwide is an international one weekend, super sized strongman competition with events running across more than 20 countries. All events follow the same rules, equipment regulations and scoring system. This offers competitors a world ranking on their Log Lift and Axle Deadlift.

Equipment:
Log
Women – Log diameter between 8 and 10 inches* (20 to 26 cm), although the athlete is allowed to use a larger log if they are to choose.
Men – Log diameter between 10 and 12 inches* (25 to 31 cm)
Distance between handles – 55 to 70 cm
*Log diameters larger than listed are allowed for each class
Deadlift
Bar diameter – 47mm to 52mm
Pickup height – Bottom of bar no higher than 42.5 cm (16.73 inches).
Weight Classes:
Women’s: u52.5kg, u62.5kg, u72.5kg, u82.5kg, Open, Masters and Adaptive
Men: u70kg, u80kg, u90kg, u105kg, Opens, Masters and Adaptive
